Shipping & Returns
We currently distribute across Europe and the United Kingdom.
All orders are prepared and shipped from London within 2–5 working days unless otherwise stated.
Shipping times vary by destination and carrier.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of matcha, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact kenza@nogamatcha.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will find a fair resolution or replacement.
Customs and duties
International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applied by their country.
